Warm up sketch I did of an ork ganger. Guess the only hint that it’s an ork is the slightly long arms (maybe more of a troll feature, but meh).

Ark Redux, colored
Colored the sketch I posted earlier.

Was sketching and did another sketch of the character Ark from earlier.
Gave him boots, and the hair looks different. Mostly because he’s pretty static here though. Not much movement or force in his pose.

I’ve inked the picture and am coloring. Played around with colored outlines. Not sure if I’m going to keep them or not, so I put the two versions side by side to compare
Ark Tassun
I’ve been lax with updating the site for a while now and I felt that had to change. So I’m going to start uploading sketches I make somewhat regularly. The first one is a sketch of a character I’m going to play in a Pathfinder campaign. It’s a monk (hopefully that was obvious though) by the name of Ark Tassun. I’ve taken inspiration from two characters for the name and design. One is a videogame character and the other an anime character.
Bet you can’t guess which ones. :P
Update:
Just after I posted this I took a look at the picture and realized the right arm bothered me. So I went in and repositioned the arm/hand to see if it’d look better. This is the result.
This kinda stuff happens when you’re sitting at your desk drawing at 3:20 in the morning.

The pose is much more grounded now and feels more powerful.
Tossing Stuff About
Seemingly the multisite function doesn’t work with my hosting providers setup (as far as I know), so I need to do it the same way I did before. Both sites are up, neither is ready for content.
Weighing Easel and Comicpress against each other at the moment.
Moving things around.
Things are moving forward with stuff I have been working on for a while and to reflect that I’ve been meaning to setup the site a little better with wordpress’s multisite feature (for the main site and Breakers site)
There seems to be issues with getting the serverside to accept the sub domain though. Hopefully I’ll have it sorted soon, and then a smoother functioning site (at the least on the back end).
